Returns


Keeping you happy is our number one priority. Returns are easy - if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to our warehouse within 10 days of receipt of your order for an exchange, credit, or refund. Returns take up to 10 business days from receiving a return to process. Before returning the item, please contact Customer Service and let us know what item you are returning along with the order number and why. It is important that you make note of this number to include with your return.

 

We do our best to provide you with the highest quality cigars, pipes, and accessories, in perfect condition, as quickly as possible. Every shipment is inspected for quality and undergoes a series of several spot-checks by our shipping staff for accuracy and quality. Should you experience any problems, please contact Customer Service. We're here to help. We guarantee your satisfaction and we will work to achieve it.

 

 

How the return policy works for cigars:

 

Cigars — For cigars by the box or bundle of 10 cigars or more, if you try 1 cigar and return the remainder, you will receive full merchandise credit, less shipping charges. If you try more than 1, pro-rata credit is applied, less shipping charges. For 5-packs and

non-cigar merchandise, returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive full credit. This includes having cigars in their cellophane wrappers. Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the item and do not return any cut or smoked cigars, as this may affect your refund.

How the return & exchange policy works for t-shirts:

Don’t LOVE it? Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Returns of new and unworn product:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for all unworn t-shirts with original packaging and receipt attached.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. We do not pay for return shipping. To make a return, email us with your order number.

 

Returns of damaged product:

If you receive a damaged product, please email us a photo. We'll issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Refund deets:

Refunds will be processed within 10 days and credited to the original form of payment.

Banks typically take another 5-10 business to post the refund. Please contact your bank for more information.

Exchanges:

We are happy to exchange products of equal value with a processing fee of at least $10.

Shirt exchanges will not be granted if you order the wrong size. Make sure you thoroughly research, check, double check, and ask plenty of questions to make sure that you are ordering the correct fit. Email us with your shipping address and the product you’d like. We’ll provide a return label for the original product and process your new shipment. Please note that all bracelets and collars are handmade from natural materials. Every product will be slightly unique.

Shipping

 

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.  All billing and shipping information is verified prior to the order being processed. You will be contacted via email if your information cannot be verified. LEAFVANA shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods. LEAFVANA is not responsible or liable for any damages incurred from a particular shipping company. We are happy to provide any information needed for you to make a claim. You will incur an additional $15.00 charge for any returned packages by our carrier because of an invalid shipping address. Additional shipping charges apply if returned packages are re-shipped. Please make certain that the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete.
